Luminary Mindset™ uses emotional intelligence coaching to uplift performance across organisations. The Luminary Mindset Methodology relies on internal ownership of the process, with leadership being accountable for developing their own EI so that they can coach others internally to do the same. We use the 'Emotional Quotient Inventory - EQ-i' developed by Reuven Bar-On and Stephen Stein, a psychometric tool that assesses the 5 realms of EI and 15 subscales most pertinent to human development. Each of our coaching tools and methodologies actively work on a realm or sub-scale of EI, diagnosed to elevate performance.

While individuals will have personal breakthroughs in our group coaching workshops, one of the main outcomes from these experiences is a shared sense of identity and accountability for performance. Our group coaching methods can be delivered through in-person, online or a combination of both to suit each organisation and team.
Our expert coaching team helps leaders identify key strengths to develop and leadership blind spots that impact on both individual and group performance. This 1-2-1 coaching allows for leaders to create a roadmap for personal development supported by a coach, outside of the group workshop dynamic. This roadmap can be then shared within the group context to support uplifting performance across the broader leadership team where appropriate.
